Another War

So we had another war today, about 11 people showed up (pretty nice for the smaller group that we are). Had a blast, did some CTF, Team Elimination, etc.

What I'd really like to talk about though is how to move onward and
 upward. We need to form a real team; we have an ex-army member who could teach us how they do it in real life (he's already shown us some stuff), we have a couple people who could be candidates for great leaders, etc.

If we came up with a team patch, team name, individual call-signs, and such it would give everyone a boost and more of that "We're a team" feeling.

Also, once we get more established, we could buy a couple of extra gas pistols and maybe some ARs, so if people want to try airsoft out to see if they want to join, they can have a decent gun to play with before they buy one of their own. That leads to a better experience since they're not having to deal with some crummy spring "shotgun" or dinky spring pistol. I'd like to have this as a equal opportunity thing, guys and girls allowed.

- Team Leader(s)
- Boot Camp Director
- Extra stuff for New People
- ARs and eventually Sidearms for Team members
- Team Member Callsigns
- New Team Name, Insignia, etc.
- Team Handbook (list of games, general how-to, rules, etc.)
